  10.               The next  chapters  explain  how  you  can  view the CMS
  11.               documentation or obtain a printout of it.  You will also
  12.               find out how to obtain CMS  software  registration forms
  13.               while  in  the  CMS  program.  You will also learn about
  14.               correcting   mistakes  and  the  use  of  keys  in  CMS.

  16.               To  obtain  documentation  for  CMS  follow these steps:
  17.  
  18.               A. If  you are not already  at the Main Menu press <Esc>
  19.                  one or more times to return there.
  20.  
  21.               B. Press  <D>  and  <Enter>  to select the Documentation
  22.                  feature
  23.  
  24.                  This will bring up the Documentation Submenu:

  38.                       To view the documentation on your screen display
  39.                       follow these steps:

  41.                       A.  At  the Documentation Submenu, press <V> and
  42.                           <Enter>   to  select  the  "View  Manual  on
  43.                           Screen" feature.

  45.                       B.  Use  the  <PgUp>, <PgDn>, <Home>, <End>, and
  46.                           cursor    keys    to    move   through   the
  47.                           documentation  and  locate  the item you are
  48.                           looking for.

  50.                       C.  Press   <Esc>  to  exit  from  this  option.

  65.                       To  create  your  own CMS reference handbook and
  66.                       print  it  out  on  your  printer,  follow these
  67.                       steps:

  69.                       A.  Make  sure  your  printer is ready to print.
  70.  
  71.                           Check that
  72.  
  73.                           - the printer's power cord is plugged in and
  74.                             that  the printer's power switch is turned
  75.                             on,
  76.  
  77.                           - the printer is connected to your computer,
  78.                             and
  79.  
  80.                           - there is paper in your printer
  81.  
  82.                       B.   At the Documentation Submenu, press <P> and
  83.                            <Enter>   to   select   the  "Print Manual"
  84.                            feature.
  85.  
  86.                       C.   A  message  will appear allowing you at any
  87.                            time  to interrupt the printing by pressing
  88.                            the   <Esc>  key.   If  you  interrupt  the
  89.                            printing  you  may  resume or terminate the
  90.                            printing of the documentation.

  92.                            NOTE:   If  your  computer or printer use a
  93.                                    spooler  buffer  printing  will not
  94.                                    stop after you interrupted with the
  95.                                    <Esc> key, until the spooler buffer
  96.                                    has been  emptied.   If the spooler
  97.                                    buffer  is  large many pages may be
  98.                                    printed out before your interruption
  99.                                    of  the documentation printing will
  100.                                    cause the printer to stop printing.
  101.                                    Deselecting  the printer is a quick
  102.                                    way to interrupt the printing after
  103.                                    you interrupted with the <Esc> key.
  104.  
  105.                       D.   When    the    "Printing Manual"    message
  106.                            disappears   from   the   screen   all  the
  107.                            documentation has been sent to the printer.

  120.                       This  feature  lets  you generate a CMS software
  121.                       registration  form  right from inside CMS at any
  122.                       time.
  123.  
  124.                       To  print  out  the  registration  form  on your
  125.                       printer follow these steps:
  126.  
  127.                       A.  Make  sure  your  printer is ready to print.
  128.                           See  the   instructions  in  Appendix  10.1,
  129.                           chapter "Preparing Your Printer".
  130.  
  131.                       B.  At the Documentation Submenu, press  <R> and
  132.                           <Enter>  to  select  the "Registration Form"
  133.                           feature.

  135.                       C.  When   the   "Printing  Registration  Form -
  136.                           Please wait"  message  disappears  from  the
  137.                           screen  the  registration form has been sent
  138.                           to the printer.

  140.                           Press <Esc> again to return to the Main Menu.
