The next chapters explain how you can view the CMS
documentation or obtain a printout of it. You will also
find out how to obtain CMS software registration forms
while in the CMS program. You will also learn about
correcting mistakes and the use of keys in CMS.
To obtain documentation for CMS follow these steps:
A. If you are not already at the Main Menu press <Esc>
one or more times to return there.
B. Press <D> and <Enter> to select the Documentation
feature
This will bring up the Documentation Submenu:

2.1 View Manual on Screen

To view the documentation on your screen display
follow these steps:
A. At the Documentation Submenu, press <V> and
<Enter> to select the "View Manual on
Screen" feature.
B. Use the <PgUp>, <PgDn>, <Home>, <End>, and
cursor keys to move through the
documentation and locate the item you are
looking for.
C. Press <Esc> to exit from this option.

To create your own CMS reference handbook and
print it out on your printer, follow these
steps:
A. Make sure your printer is ready to print.
Check that
- the printer's power cord is plugged in and
that the printer's power switch is turned
on,
- the printer is connected to your computer,
and
- there is paper in your printer
B. At the Documentation Submenu, press <P> and
<Enter> to select the "Print Manual"
feature.
C. A message will appear allowing you at any
time to interrupt the printing by pressing
the <Esc> key. If you interrupt the
printing you may resume or terminate the
printing of the documentation.
NOTE: If your computer or printer use a
spooler buffer printing will not
stop after you interrupted with the
<Esc> key, until the spooler buffer
has been emptied. If the spooler
buffer is large many pages may be
printed out before your interruption
of the documentation printing will
cause the printer to stop printing.
Deselecting the printer is a quick
way to interrupt the printing after
you interrupted with the <Esc> key.
D. When the "Printing Manual" message
disappears from the screen all the
documentation has been sent to the printer.

This feature lets you generate a CMS software
registration form right from inside CMS at any
time.
To print out the registration form on your
printer follow these steps:
A. Make sure your printer is ready to print.
See the instructions in Appendix 10.1,
chapter "Preparing Your Printer".
B. At the Documentation Submenu, press <R> and
<Enter> to select the "Registration Form"
feature.
C. When the "Printing Registration Form -
Please wait" message disappears from the
screen the registration form has been sent
to the printer.
Press <Esc> again to return to the Main Menu.
